No matter how closely children appear in size, shape and
ability, all children are unique and have individual needs.
Our program design has been developed to accommodate these
needs. Utilizing a distinctive circuit training format, each
child is able to adapt to his/her skill level while enhancing
large motor skills, overall strength and balance and core
stability. Each session is lead by dynamic fitness coaches
creating an environment full of fun and positive experiences.
Fitness: 4 workouts per week (flex schedule)
1 Parent/Child session on Saturdays
3-1/2 hr personal training sessions per month for child
1 hr personal training session per month for parent w/ home routine
Personal cardio program for club & home
Home training routine and log with photos

Monthly fitness assessments including: Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Height, Weight

in Today’s Youth
About 15 percent of children and adolescents ages 6-19 years
are seriously overweight
The percentage of children and adolescents who are defined
as overweight has nearly tripled since the early 1970s.
Over 10 percent of preschool children between the ages of
2 and 5 are overweight
Another 15 percent of children and teens ages 6-19 are considered
at risk of becoming over weight.
Researchers found that lowered self-esteem was associated
with being overweight in girls as young as 5 years.
1 and 5 children in the United States are over weight.
Children with obesity, ages 10-13, are reported to have a
70% likelihood of obesity persisting into adulthood.

Circuit Training is a form of training that takes the participant through a series of exercise stations. The training emphasizes muscular endurance, aerobic conditioning muscular strength, and coordination to help improve overall physical condition. The workout is designed to be challenging yet motivating allowing the participants to have fun. No matter the level of physical ability, the circuit can be adjusted and changed at a moments notice. This provides your child the opportunity to work on deficiencies as well as challenge their strengths. See Circuit In Action

Learn Through Play!! Meet new friends while having FUN with fitness. This class will help develop social skills and self confidence while enhancing gross motor activity.
